Svaha Yatras ("we") runs this website and the yatras it describes. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Invitation requests: the name, email and WhatsApp number you type into the invitation form.
• Members guide: when you open the guide we collect your email, and your name if you give it. There are no passwords or accounts.
• On your device: your email and your checklist progress are remembered in your own browser so the guide opens next time. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to your invitation request, to let you into the guide, and to send you occasional yatra news and updates. We do not sell your details.

Music

The site has a music player powered by Spotify. Spotify's player only loads when you press ENTER or the Sound button, and Spotify then handles its own data and cookies under its own privacy policy.

Who handles your data

Form submissions are received and stored by our website hosting provider (Netlify) on our behalf, and only for running the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are on our list or we are in touch about a yatra. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete your details.
• Stop emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or telling us.
• Ask us to remove you from our list at any time.
